Valentia Island - County Kerry Ireland

Plan now to attend this amazing retreat! Valentia Island is located in Ireland’s south west region. The “Ring of Kerry” is known for its golf, breathtaking ocean views and tropical climate. Spend six amazing days drawing, painting, walking, photographing, or writing while outside in the grasses and among the stone hedges of the Valentia Island Artist’s Retreat.

Typical weekly schedule includes a Sunday evening reception to meet your hosts, Barbara O’Lively Mastaglio and her husband, Thomas, at their stone cottage on Valentia Island. Monday – Saturday at VIAR or other popular locations such as castle ruins, Skellig Michael (by boat), fishing village – Portmagee. Weather cooperation not required! End your week with a gallery show and sale.

To reserve your place at the 2010 VIAR, please complete the required registration form and deposit. Deposit required upon registration is $500. Balance of $2,100 is due 60 days prior to retreat start date. Cancellations are due in writing at least 60 days prior to retreat, or a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. Total fee $2,300.

Register before December 1st, 2009 and deduct $100 from the balance!
